well it is true that automatics cant get that fast. You will probably blow up the transmission because of too much power, heat and stuff like that. Haha and its COLD air intake. Well this is a good start, but i think you will be way better off with a manual transmission. You can do an automatic to 5 speed manual swap, which is pretty easy. You will need the transmission, clutch, clutch pedal, flywheel i think, the shift knob and boot, the manual guage cluster and some other things. A stick integra is way more fun, because you can mod it easily. And DO NOT go turbo on an automatic. It will make it less reliable if you do it wrong. But if you dont wanna do a manual swap...i consider you doing an LS/VTEC. VTEC is Hondas "boost at high rpms" or varible timing electronic and lift control. Which is that vrom..MnmnMNMNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN you hear in the GS-R and Type-R models of the integra at 4.5k RPM.To get LS/VTEC, you will need your ls block, but use a VTEC head from the B18C1 GS-R or B18C5 Type-R. You can also add..-Header-A nice exhaust preferably 2.5"; greddy-cold air intake; AEM-Chipped ECU from Hondata-Better pistonsAnd some other things..But performance isnt everything. Suspension will make your car not only handle., but look better. And please dont mod it too much, because it will probably blow.
