They should fit, but it's possible they might stick out a bit (since they are wider than your stock). TSW has not made the VX1's for quite a few years, so you can't really contact a rim dealer to get the full specs, but I believe they will fit. Make sure they bolts are the same size (ex. 5x114.3), if they don't fit, just take them off. Hope this helps.
