I got a 91 integra with a ls/vtec b18 bottom b16a top, anyways im sporting dc sports 4-2-1 headers and an full apexi catback exhaust, according to a buddy of mine, this exhaust is gonna keep me from passing emissions out here in California, is this true? if it is, what would be a good substitute exhaust system. i just moved here and im starting to hate the laws already
