So you want 400 to the wheels !? Well first off you need to rebuild the bottom end to take that power. New pistons, rods, either sleeve the block or get a block guard. Many have their own opinions to sleeving or just getting a block guard. But just for extra insurance sleeving the block would be the best bet but not the best when it comes to the wallet. Then you can keep the head stock but thats gonna cause you to not make much power. But by you saying you wanted performance cams you gonna have to upgrade the whole valvetrain and a port and polish would be good too. If you keep the stock valvetrain with performance cams your risking piston contact because the stock valvetrain may not be strong enough to snap them valves back. So if you do get cams upgrade the valve train. Make sure you get turbo application cams also. Now you need to upgrade your fuel system. A fuel pump and bigger injectors should be good. No need to get a aftermarket fuel rail unless you want too. Then with 400 to the wheels you need a better suspension to get that to the wheels. Also GOOD tires and maybe a traction bar. LSD would help GREATLY to try and get not to much wheel spin. A stage 2 or 3 clutch is gonna to be needed because the stock on is out of the question. And aftermarket flywheel. BIGGER brakes also. Stock ones not gonna cut it period. Now this is gonna run you a good bit to do it right and not have to pay for it in the long run. By you asking that kind of question you don't need a car with 400 to the wheels.
