You need a new transmission. Your Acura should be covered for 7 years or 100k miles from Acura. There was a lawsuit settlement that tacked on another 9k miles (109k total) and 9 mos. (7 yrs, 9mos.) Enter you VIN number at hondatransmissionsettlement.com to see if you qualify for the lawsuit settlement.Either way Acura has been pretty good about replacing these for free or for less.
