Honda/Acura did have a recall on transmissions about 3 years ago. If you owned the car 3 years ago, you should have gotten mail from Honda/Acura telling you about the recall and offereing to fix it for free. If your transmission was not fixed in the recall, then you should go to the Acura dealer and let them know. They should fix it fo free.
