Stay away from 3.2CL (01-03) & 3.2TL(99-03). Although these cars are very nice they have major transmission problems and have been the subject of a lawsuit ( hondatransmissionsettlement.com ) . I have an 01 TL that I love, but as soon as my extended warranty is up on the trans I'm getting rid of it.Sorry this doesn't actually answer your question, but If you are thinking about buying either of these models I thought I'd warn you to do your research.
