i have a 95 integra gsr.....and the idling is up and down from 1 to 3 rpm's even when its warmed up...there is this hole on top of my throttle body that looks like it originally had a vaccum on it and its now plugged up...could my idling problems be offset timing or something else?the service light is off....and it doesn't surge when im driving
