A low boost turbo I think would be best (and cheaper) than a supercharger. You don't see many Honda's with a supercharger anyways. As far as installing, I'm not sure which would be easier but I would assume the turbo.Keep in mind that you'll have to tune the car to have it run properly and efficiently. Be sure to save some funds for the dyno, and chipped ECU (unless you, or know someone, can road tune it) because dnos can get very expensive running at $120/hour.
