You've gone pretty deep into making a naturally aspirated civic. Turbo uses a turbo custom exhuast header or orginal exhuast manifold, and your probably gonna have to do away with your cold air too. If i were you i would keep it all motor, get a bigger throttle body, new intake manifold, relocate your battery and mod your air intake, do some internal engine sheit like higher compression pistons, rods, new cams, valve springs, port and polish the heads, advance your intake, retard the exhuast timing with adjustible sprockets, get an underdrive pulley kit that includes the crank pulley. If you still wanted to go forced induction you can alwasys do nitrous or supercharger.
