Based on my Honda experience with my Prelude... is so bad that I swore not to buy a Honda ever again. Even if I win one on a Cracker Jack box. I had many cars from Euro, Japanese and Domestic. My personal experience the ones that ran with more trouble free were GMs (some people say that I am wrong but my bank account does not lie), the next were Audi and VW and last and some people will bash on it... Japanese... sorry folks but that is my experience. The worst one I ever encountered were Honda, Toyota, the best from the Japanese bunch Mitsubishi and Mazda. Nissan are the middle of the bunch here. The biggest factor here is proper maintenance. If you take care of your car, it will take care of you. Is as simple as that ! Your best pal is the Owner's Manual. Follow the maintenance chart and you will have a long lasting vehicle, no matter the brand.
