I don't recommend making any changes to your system unless you are a
mechanic or have a close friend that is a mechanic. You can do damage to
your engine and engine related systems if you do things incorrectly. For
example, my Honda has something called a "speed limit controll" built into
the computer that prevents my vehicle from going over 130 mph. I could
easily have my mechanic reset it to my vehicle can go 140 mph. I won't
have any mechanic do this since I found out that the head gasket might go
out if I go 140 mph. I have learned to be content with going only 130 mph.
