Start with an oil and filter change. You can replace the spark plugs and air filter. check your other fluids. transmission fluid, wiper fluid, brake fluid, and antifreeze. You shouldn't need any special tools. you can get a filter wrench and spark plug ratchet at any automotive parts store such as pep boys, autozone, o'reillys or napa.
