technically speaking, anything is possible with rwd and the right torque to hp ratio. now you mention japanese, and in the majority of situations, the torque on jap cars is underratted, so the hp may be well up high or equal to a good v8 muscle, but the lack of torque prevents any wheel stands. to get a good wheelie or atleast get the front end up, you need to have a fairly even torque to hp ratio. so say 300hp to 123 lbs/in torque isnt goind to do it. youll need a more even ratio, say 300 hp to 296 lb/torque. now from what ive seen, done, and experienced qith integras, its hard to get the ratio evened out enough to get a wheelie on an integra. problem #1) its front wheel drive, so youd need a conversion to get it to a rwd set up. problem #2) those little 4 cyl in the teggys can put out some hp if you tun them right, but they dont have the power to back up the hp, so the torque peaks around the mid 200 or high 200. all in all, it would be damn impressive if you got a teggy to do a wheelie
