if the windows dropped down and won't come up then the problem is with a broken window regulator inside the door. the window regulator has a plastic cogged drive tape that breaks and when that happens the window stays down.you can expect to pay about $250 per door to have them replaced at a dealer. You can shop it around; just ask for the price to replace the window regulators.sorry to hear, sorry to say, but its not cheap. I've seen it too many times. If it were electrical the window would not have gone down in the first place.hope that helps
