Default Is it normal for a stiff weird steering feeling in 2003 civc hybrid?
I tested drive a used civic hybrid 2003. It had a strange steering feeling> It seemed stiff. The seller told me that it is notrmal for hybrid. I am not sure if this if the case. Please help.
