well a lot of cars can. A rsx is no supercar it is a very well rounded car and the type s is pretty quick. But 200 something horsepower isn't going to be the quickest in the automobile industry. But the type s is basically faster then most suv's, most trucks, most heavy NA 6 cylinder coupes and sedans, and most NA 4cylinders coupes and sedans.
