I have a 2002 RSX-S and don't have that problem either, but I HAVE heard of some people having trouble with 2nd gear. Gerald is right. Check first for recalls and then go to one of the Acura/RSX forums and see if THEY have a remedy..then take your facts to Acura and have THEM ride with you while you drive.
