My first thought is you should take it to reliably shop. but if the service engine light hasn't come on you can check a few things like the air filter or maybe get someone to help you change the fuel filter those are some the things that could cause your problem also you mite want to start having it service regularly if your not all ready, because if you do chances are you wouldn't be having this problem there are alot of shops out there doing oil changes for around 20ty bucks heck if you did it your self it would cost $15 for parts and most shop will check some of those other things like the air filter for free as there changing your oil anything else should have set a code causing your service engine light to come on if that's the case you'll need a mechanic.
