I bought my 99 TL 4 1/2 yrs ago and spent $16,400 on it. Love the car. It has 91,500k on her and runs great. 2000 to 2003 had tranny problems but the 99's trannies are good. It sounds like a good deal. Keep up with maintenance and the car will last a very long time. The only thing I've had to spend money on with mine was the alternator. I have a huge stereo though so I was kinda expecting it.
