Never get tires at the dealership - they buy from the same place as Discount Tire, NTB, Pepboys and so forth but they have a higher markup. Pepboys is ok, Disocunt tire is better, NTB is owned by Sears, so they are the same, if you live out west then BigO tires are good. These are all about the same on price, if you are looking at something like a 225/45/17 with an X or Z rating, then a very good quality tire like a michelein or BFG tire should be more like 170bucks per tire if you want the highest performance tire, middle of the road tires like a Kumho or a dunlop more like 100-120bucks per tire.
