Keep in mind that you will need to keep using a V rated tire (at least) if you want your car to perform the same way. 95% of the time tires are a 'you get what you pay for' item. Cheap tires will usually not satisfy you. If you don't care then this does not apply, but 219 does seem a bit high. A good performance tire should run you between 160 and 200. Just make sure you get something that is the same speed, load, and traction rating as the original tire.
