yes, the H22A4 has the same dimensions as the F22A1 (or maybe you have the EX which is the F22A4 or SE which is F22A6) you have in it now. It also should have the same mounting points, so you don't have to worry about fabricating engine mounts. Your only problem is that your year of accord has an OBD-1 Emissions engine and computer and the 99 prelude is OBD-2. This has made this swap pretty much impossible if you want to have everything to run the engine and everything else in the car. Try the 93-96 prelude vtec because that is what would meet the emissions requirements on your car (it is OBD-1 as well). Sorry about your luck, the H22A4 is superior because it has the ability to get its engine sleeved, but the horsepower is worth it.
