well actrually it all depends on what you want to do with the car. if your just looking to drop it a little and gain a little performance in handling the skunk 2 springs will do just fine and then all you need then is a camber kit so you wont go through tires. then if you want to be able to adjust your ride hieght for varous reasons coilovers would be the better choice. then from there you can determine what spring rates would best suite what you wanted to do with your car, drag, scca road course, autocross, just for looks your car your choice, have fun
