If the leak is at the back side of the engine, closest to the firewall under the manifold, I would suggest inspecting the area with the help of a mirror. These older hondas use a 1.5" pipe to pass coolant from the water pump to the opposite end of the engine. This steel pipe is very thin when new and get progressively thinner with rust. I have replaced these pipes countless times. When they rust out, they spray antifreeze everywhere. It's always best to confirm before condemn.
