Wrong fluids would generally cause problems in all gears and leaks. Assuming you had the filter changed with the fluid, it comes down to actual mechanical issues. There are a series of solenoids that control shift points in automatic transmissions, as well as a series of speed sensors. These can be easily checked with a computer to see if they are in range, the scan usually runs $60-$110 and should be done by Honda or a nationally certified trans shop. If these aren't the problem the unit will have to be broken down to find the problem, and you'll have to pay $300-$800 just for them to find out whats wrong, plus parts and re-installation labor. Transmission work is never cheap
