I have a 1996 Honda civic. lately it has been acting really weird. When driving at low RPM and you start to accelerate the car cuts out and stumbles like it wants to die. once you get to higher RPM its fine. I just changed the plugs, wires, and cap and rotor and it did nothing. I don't know what to do next? any ideas?
