...to turn them on i just bought a civic with aftermarket halo fog lights, and i can't find a switch to turn them on! and i feel very retarted, but seriously... i would really like to know loli would think there would be a switch somewhere near the steering column, but there doesn't seem to be one anywhere, and i doubt their dummy lights... but yeah.. thanks
