Look it up in the dictionary.If you're the kind of person that would pay more for a pre-owned car than a used car, then I'd say you're pretty open to suggestion. Obviously people do really think that way, or else they wouldn't use such silly tactics.No matter what you call it, it's a used car that somebody else drove for years. It's okay.
