I can almost guarantee that it's the main(fuel pump) relay.A new one at Honda is probably less than $50 or you could get a used one at a salvage yard for real cheap and install it yourselves.You can find a picture of it at slhondaparts.com. You might however,need a transmission computer,which you can find a cheap used one at car-part.com
