a 95 with 61k. thats awsome. i have a 94 civic hatchback. It makes an awsome project car if you're into that kinda stuff. its also a good daily driver. amazing gas mileage. it should be very reliable if taken care of. i think 3,500 is a great deal. but, its up to you. civics are stolen a lot. mine was already broken into so you should watch out for that.
