i dont think using loc-tite is the answer. the crank case pulley actually gets tighter as it spins causing it to be a pia to get off. something is wacked to cause this to loosen up. i have done searches on the web and at solsociety.com and honda-tech.com and came up empty. might want to give dealership a call and see what could be the reason. good luck.
