Hmmm... A car over 10 years old or a newer one? Pretty easy choice there. The 3000GT would be the sportier of the two but remember that even with 25k miles on it there would need to be a LOT of preventive maintenance on this car. Belts, hoses, etc. would have deteriorated. Even if these had been replaced you'd probably need to consider doing so again. You also would have no warranty on the car. Plus, I'd have to question why a sports car like that would have such low mileage... Did a 90 year old woman own it? Probably not likely. There could be hidden things you'd never know about.The Honda, on the other hand, does use cheaper fuel, much less fuel, and it is a new car. You'll have a 3/36k warranty on it as well.You may be saving 8 grand on the front end but keep in mind that by the time you add in depreciation and upkeep costs the Civic would probably come out less expensive.
