Its pretty easy to install a turbo if you have basic knowledge of the motor. The great thing about hondas is that you can pick up a nice used b18 for less than a $1000 and drop it in yourself in an afternoon. My advice, find a friend that you know that has basic knowlege of a motor, go to the performance shop, and ask for a basic 8psi turbo.
