If it's stalling out, I would recommend checking your oxygen sensor. If that 's not working properly, then the engine would always be thinking it's getting too much oxy and stalling out.My 97 Accord does much the same, but only rarely.Also, when you changed the gas tank & fuel pump, do you have the fuel injectors cleaned and fuel line filter replaced?
