i have a 2001 honda civic lx sedan. stock. i get it up to about 120. Honda civic's are so easy to mod, and stuff. thats why everyone has them. Your dodge neon is probably a SRT. so its alot faster than a civic. Your Neon is a INLINE 4 engine. Civics are just 4 cylinder or a VTECH 4. So thats why you can beat them. Dodge just has more power. Try going agaisnt a 2001 honda civic with a intake and a turbo. you will be killed.
