I had similar issues with my 99 Accord. It can be very frustrating, I know. Mine would start fine, sometimes for weeks then would not run...sometimes had to sit for hours before it would start. Finally, after some research, I took it to the dealer and told them to replace the "main relay" It cost me about $200.00 bucks...so far it is working fine...Good Luck!
