The difference is body size and engine size. The 2007 Accodr is longer and wider than the Civic. They may look the same form a distance , but as you get closer you'll notice the difference. Next is the Engine Size. Although some Accords come in 4 cylinder models They go up to 6 Cylinders. Ciics come in Four Cylinders only and they come in Vtec and Si Models.
