usually people on a small budget can stick to a basic intake, headers, and exhaust setup, which is mostly for sound. i personally like to shop through car magazines but depending on what you like or how much you have to spend, do some research in honda forums (i.e. www.superhonda.com) and they might be able to sell you used parts and they're people there selling parts for a store that they work at or they just do it as their own business. great way to get people to help you install these parts too if you don't want to do it yourself.
