The rev limiter you mean. Its place there so you dont remove it and rev the motor to high in the RPMs and cause head damage.First you need to convert your Harness to OBD1 since your car is OBD2 and theres no currrent ECU repograms.Rywire.comThen get yourseld a 92-95 EX ECU send it to hondata.com
