Most of those mods in a Honda engine work at high RPMS like 6000 and above. You wont reach those engine speeds with an automatic unless you floor the gas. So if that's how you drive then it is worth. I have a cold air intake on my civic Auto. But it doesn't really make a difference between my stock unless i go up to 5500RPMS. So is up to you.
