I owned 2 1990 Civics, 1 was an LX, the other a DX. Never had the pleasure of an Accord. Still own a 1992 Civic LX as well as a 2001 Civic LX. Great cars, easy repairing too. Stick with the Civic for the money if you can. My 1992 has 181,000 on it and I still use it most of the year. Birds tend to crap on my 2001, so I leave it in the garage a lot!
