Not real sure about the 95, but on my 92 the water pump is ran from the same belt.1.6 litre engine dohc.They do make a A/C delete pulley that is designed to work in place of the AC unit. Ask around at any shop or pep boys,napa, or somewhere. I am sure you will find one.
