Too vague. If you want a simple answer, the newer the better. End of storyOtherwise comparing mileage and other things about the car could be a factor in it.94 is OBD1 and therefore has less seld diagnostic capabilities.99-00 is OBD2 and offers much more advanced technology as far as diagnostics. Both are easy to fix and will last forever as long as you find the right one.
