I happen to have the factory service manual ill upload pictures in a few minutes hold on.Sorry but there is no information on removing the plugs themselves but I can tell you that the gap is 1.1mm D15B8/D15Z1ZFR4F-11 (NGK BRAND) KJ14CR-L11 (Nippon Denso Brand) - Normal Driving Conditions 5F 16CR - Hot Climate or RacingD15B7ZFR5F-11 (NGK BRAND) KJ16CR-L11 (Nippon Denso Brand) - Normal Driving Condition 6F 20CR - Hot/RacingD16Z6ZFR5J-11 (NGK BRAND) KJ16CR-L11 (Nippon Denso Brand) - Normal Driving Condition 6J 20CR - Hot/RacingTighten the plugs finger tight then torque to 18N*m (1.8kg-m, 13lb-ft) (the best way to describe this if you don't have a torque wrench is moderately tight, don't put your whole body into it but make sure its snugged pretty good)*** NOTE: Apply anti-seize compound to the plug threads before installing ***If your engine is a B-Series your out of luck on plug number recommendations but everything else should be the sameon top of the head there are 4 little holes with wires going into them, remove these wires then use a socket and a ratchet with a Spark Plug socket (not the same as a regular socket of the same size, but if you only have a regular deep socket then be careful to keep it at a flat angle, if you let it tilt while tightening or loosening you can break the porcelean of the plugs making them trash and possibly making a big mess where its hard to clean up)http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=5641600
