Can't see it and lack all the info. If it is a continuous burn of blue smoke out the tailpipe it is either a stuck PCV valve or bad rings. Compression test will tell if rings.If the car puffs blue between shifts, valves most likely. Take to any mechanic shop and let them take a look and get an estimate.
