if there are no leaks then your civic with no oil would end up costing whoever changed your oil last...if they didn not put oil in it then its there fault not hondas...but if it under warranty then that would be a hard case cause like i said if there are no leaks which on a new civic there arnt many problems with them leaking so it would probably be who ever did your oil change...if its the dealer that is making u wait then they are probably worried that u will make them pay for a new engine keep aggervating them and get the number for there honda rep and call him...but be nice honda will bend over backwards to keep customers satisfied
