This is cause by a fuel pump relay that is under the dash on the drivers side, when it gets hot in the car the relay gets stuck, after you open the car up for a bit and cools down the relay frees up. You will need to replace it to fix the problem. I will tell you this, if you do it yourself it can be hard to locate, I would recommend that you pick up the relay first so that you can have a reference to what it looks like. Good luck!!
