You can drain and fill it, but that isn't completly changing the fluid, some fluid will still in the in torque converter. Also if it hasn't been flushed in a long time and has over 100k miles on it, leave it alone or your transmission will go bad 90% of the time. Make sure when you do anything if you do that the engine is COLD and NOT running, honda automatic transmissions are somewhat different then other cars while checking the fluid. I am not sure of the fluid capacity off hand, but make sure that you use honda atf, or dexron mercon II if honda atf isn't available.
