They are all the same. The 3.0 litre had some modifications through the years, but as far as size they will be fine. Tranny is a different question though, make sure your tranny is compatible by calling your local Honda dealer's service department, they have shop manuals that answer that question. My bet is everything will be fine, the platform is the same it is the universal platform for Honda.
